Abstract

Now a days it is customary for businesses to count on appropriate and well balanced personnel which will stabilize the organization by yielding better productivity, taking into account that human talent is the most valuable asset that a company may have. The environment in which the personal should perform their daily activities should always be adequate which in return will provide with a motivational habitat while improving the employees performance. This job will provide a diagnostic of the Organizational Climate of the Administrative Personnel of the Universidad Catolica de Cuenca which goal is to provide real data that can be changed and utilized to innovate the success and prosperity of the employees.
