Abstract

This article presents the diagnosis of the organizational environment of the Salesian Polytechnic University - Quito Headquarter South Campus, which allows to determine the relationship between the Organizational Environment and the Work Satisfaction of the Administrative and Teaching Staff, through quantitative and qualitative methods, whose results show that there is a satisfactory organizational environment; In turn, these results help the management of human talent to establish strategies to improve the relationships and processes that are carried out by administrative and teaching staff, which allows to improve the total satisfaction of employees, so that, the environment generates a motivational environment that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the staff.
