Abstract

Corporate governance is part of the institutional development where institutions are given redirections for the proper management of shareholders, senior management and media personnel and operators, making decisions according to the needs of both companies and people who are customers potential, in small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs, forge the political, economic, technological and ambient environment by the mere fact of establishing an effective internal communication that transcends. The objective of this issue is to publicize the development of the metal mechanic company and how its strategic planning is organized and at the same time compare corporate governments based on their administrative and financial hegemony. The methodology applied is exploratory and analytical and statistics are established based on information described by the company METALMECANICA S.A. and the management carried out by Brazilian industries, it is concluded that within the lists of measures of the Andean community there are issues that do not apply to consciousness determinate schemes based on the culture and learning of the organizational leaders
