NEUROCIENCIA Y LA IMPORTANCIA DE LA ESTIMULACIÓN TEMPRANA EN EL DESARROLLO NERVIOSO INFANTIL

Abstract

The main objective of the following investigation is to determine the importance of early stimulation in the infant nervous system development. It is considered that stimulating during the first months because of the neural plasticity can bring an incredible number of neural network that will potentiate the cognitive processes. To understand the benefits that this therapeutic sessions bring to the babies, a literature review was conducted and preceded with a survey to parent and teachers of children between 3 and 4 years old belonging to Samborondón pre schools. It was known that mothers have heard about the stimulation programs and some of them have taken their children to potentiate their habilities. In the same way, teachers concluded that early stimulation develop not only the levels of intelligence, but also the motor and social skills. Therefore, it was concluded that is necessary to implement certain strategies in the house and in the pre school to boost the development of the nervious system during the early childhood. By that, multiple synapsis will be accomplished to help future learning experiences.
