Abstract

Civilization is going through a deep social transformation reflecting the permanent connection to the internet which allows access to a world of unlimited information and to some extent has given freedom and independence, never before the data had been so mathematical, each of the movements in the network will be recorded forever contributing and adding knowledge for the creation of new technological solutions that help progress, the challenge of current governments should be focused on achieving a global agreement on how to take full advantage of these new technologies of the communication and at the same time respect the human rights of all, this new society that lives in a real scenario and a virtual one needs a new order so that democracy is strengthened and not repressed, a scheme that promotes equality, freedom and fraternity in the new global map that no longer has borders and is a new home.
