FACTORES DE RIESGO PSICOSOCIALES Y SU RELACIÓN CON EL ESTADO DE SALUD GENERAL EN OPERADORES DE MAQUINARIA PESADA DE UNA TERMINAL PORTUARIA DE GUAYAQUIL.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to correlate psychosocial risk factors and general health status in heavy machinery operators of a port terminal in Guayaquil, where a high incidence of personnel turnover was observed. The study was quantitative and correlational, using the instruments Fpsico 3.1 and Golberg (GHQ-28), applied individually to the group investigated. The results were entered in the SPSS program, they were represented in Excel tables and the coefficient of Spearman's Rho correlation was established in the crossing of the variables. Therefore, it is concluded that there are no strong correlations between the psychosocial risk factors and the general health status of heavy machinery workers in a port terminal in Guayaquil.
