ESTÁNDARES INTERNACIONALES RESPECTO A LA MOVILIDAD HUMANA EN LAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS NACIONALES

Abstract

The international treaties establish the parameters that the States Parties must adopt in their internal regulations in order to guarantee Human Rights and create a systematic harmonization between the legislations of the different countries. This article evaluates the treaties related to human mobility to analyze whether Ecuadorian legislation meets the standards established by the international community. Because there are multiple international instruments on the subject, this study focused on the most relevant treaties. For purposes of the analysis, the content of the investigation is divided into the various legal figures that make up the phenomenon of human mobility. Likewise, the present investigation is a qualitative study that was based on the collection and analysis of bibliographic sources. A comparative and contrast study was made between the international instruments signed by Ecuador and the different bodies that make up the country's legal system.
