PROPUESTA DE DISEÑO ARQUITECTÓNICO PARA EL NUEVO PALACIO MUNICIPAL DEL CANTÓN SALINAS PROVINCIA DE SANTA ELENA

Abstract

The next degree project focused mainly on the design of a new municipal palace of the Salinas canton located on Eloy Alfaro Avenue in front of the La Merced church on the same land where it was previously located. The reason why this new project is proposed is because the current municipality is improvised in a school building and does not meet the spaces or the appropriate architectural distribution. The main reasons why they moved to an educational building is due to the fact that the old municipality presented various architectural pathologies and a very functional infrastructure that was not very functional. The purpose of the proposal of the new municipality of Salinas is to provide a project with the complete areas and the appropriate architectural distribution that it needs and of course with a completely new infrastructure. Different studies were carried out through surveys, functional and space analyzes that a municipality needs with the main purpose of meeting all project expectations.
