REGENERACIÓN URBANA Y DISEÑO DE MIRADOR EN LA CDLA. ELBA GONZÁLEZ EN EL CANTÓN SAN VICENTE, PROVINCIA DE MANABÍ

Abstract

The thesis proyect consists of a proposal for the regeneration of the Elba Gonzales Sector in San Vicente, Manabí, Ecuador through a sustainable architecture, low energy consumption and a universal and inclusive. The the architectural design will take advantage of the landscaping, integrate nature and exploit the wonderful view that the site has, through the construction of terraces and viewpoints from used and degraded land. The purpose of the project is to generate a better quality of life for the inhabitants of the Sector and the entire San Vicente and its surroundings, it will be a starting point and example for later local, provincial or national urban regenerations. It will transform the site into a tourist place with basic services. It will improve the economy of the Sector by creating jobs, strengthening human relations and environmental conditions. Good design strategies were obtained through the interviews. The Field work demonstrated the need for the regeneration of this Sector and all the requests that the neighborhood laid down were followed.
