Hotel Sostenible Y Multifuncional, Que Impulse El Desarrollo De La Parroquia De Ancón

Abstract

This research work explores the feasibility of creating a sustainable and multifunctional hotel to promote the development of the Parish of Ancon with the objective of promoting cultural, touristic and commercial development, making reference to the traditions and history influenced by the English in the 90's, in response to the lack of touristic promotion, infrastructure and socioeconomic level of the sector, due to the absence of support from governmental entities and residents. For data collection, qualitative and quantitative methods were used, by means of structured, unstructured and semi-structured interviews, questionnaires and anecdotes related to the topic, which allowed gathering information about the management and construction of lodgings, Consequently, it is concluded that the area has a high development potential, however, it has not been given the necessary interest for its progress and the construction of a high level hotel could work as an engine for the economy and life of the residents.
