Abstract

This work is based on the study of the population established in General Villamil Playas, in which its inmates realities such as the environment contrast with obstacles that the city shows in current days. Consequently it proposed a typology of resorts capable of contribute in a significative way the development of the sector and also focus on a determinate group of users which are the senior livings; the proposal appears like answer to the present perception from the tourists and residents of the city, and also responds to the innate qualities of the region which have not been promoted in a significant way, therefore it is collaborating with the city´s infrastructure and its image of be classified as a destination to relax.
